Founder
Adrian Thake is the founder and principal consultant at Ductus Consilio, a leadership and strategy consultancy dedicated to driving business transformation and excellence. With over 35 years of experience, Adrian has held various senior leadership positions in companies such as HP, Commander, BSL, Hewlett-Packard, and Computer Australia. Beyond his extensive experience in national and international businesses, he has also successfully run his own consultancy, providing insights and strategies across multiple industries.
As a veteran of the IT industry, Adrian has excelled in roles that emphasise strategic planning, account management, and change management. His expertise encompasses business development, channel optimisation, customer engagement, and talent development, all contributing to his ability to drive growth and achieve tangible business objectives.
Adrian, an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate, also holds a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Strategy from the Australian Institute of Management. He is a Certified Genos 360 Emotional Intelligence Facilitator for leadership development and has completed Train the Trainer certification. These credentials highlight his dedication to fostering leadership capabilities through emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and effective training methods.
